Im working more than year on my local poker website. I have fresh content on web every day, private poker tourneys, private freerolls and a lot of articles. Any ideas or advices? Thanks for help

I don't see anything really bad but you don't need the "keywords" and "revisit-after" meta directives. I would get rid of them.

I cannot advise you on your keyword targeting as I don't know anything about the Slovak search trends.

It looks like your site has a lot of links, but they're from a limited number of core domains. You should work on getting more links from more sites, instead of getting lots of links from a few sites.

The site looks pretty good. The really huge banner in the header was a turn off but other than that its fine. Also, your forum doesn't match your site. I think you might want to work on that.
